YERAN FOUNDATION is a Non – Governmental Organization registered under Public charitable and Religious Trusts Act 1920. The Registration Number is 48 / BK(IV)-2022, established at Madurai, Tamil Nādu. The organization is has been setup for people who needed skill development and thirst to empower. Our foundation has offered programmes in various aspects like Agriculture, Women development, Youth upliftment and other society improvement activities. We proposed to involve all other social service and skill training activities in the future course of section.

Class room training
1. Aloevera gel preparation
On 01.09.2021 Hands on training of Aloe vera gel preparation was carried out by Mrs.Dhanalatha (Trainer, Mahalir Membattu Maiyam, Madurai).
Effective practice was given for the aloe vera gel preparation. The Entrepreneurial ideas also given in this programme.
Outcome: participants had made the gel products by themselves.
2. Roof Top Garden Training
On 12.09.2021 -The seminar and Demo class of roof top garden methods like pot filling, seeding, watering and harvesting was carried out by
Dr.Rajesh (Founder, Yeran Foundation, Madurai).
Ideas given for maintain the garden, participants’ queries were cleared by Dr.Rajesh.
Outcome: This programme enlighten the participants to create garden on their home top and maintain.
23. Turmeric oil preparation
On 22.09.21 Raw turmeric is used to prepare turmeric oil. Mrs.Umamaheswari (Trainer) handled the session in online.
Outcome: Participants got knowledge about the preparation and benefits of turmeric oil.
4. Panchakavya Diya preparation
On 05.10.21 Mr.Ram delivered a talk on panchakavyam Diya Preparation. He explained the spiritual effects of Diyas.
Outcome: some participants become the dealer of DIYAS.
5. Workshop on Roof top gardening
On 28.01.22 and 29.01.22 Dr.Rajesh explained the methods and the garden was set up in roof top of yeran foundation
Outcome: participants involved and the bags arranged in roof top.
6. Palm leaf training
On 29.03.22 and 30.03.22: Mrs.Uma trained the participants to make palm leaf basket, flower and garland.
Outcome: participants got an idea for plam leaf based products.
7. Mushroom Training
On 14.05.2022: @ 10 AM TO 12 PM: Mrs. Krishnakumari explained the participants about the methods and techniques of cultivation of Oyster Mushroom.
Outcome: Participants got knowledge about the preparation and cultivation of Oyster Mushroom and Mushroom farm shed.
8. May 08,22 Mother's Day Celebration Prize Distribution
On 14.05.2022: @ 1 PM TO 1.30 PM: Dr. Rajesh Nallaiah (Founder, Yeran Foundation, Madurai) has distributed the prizes for the shortlisted participants from the May 08
Mother's Day Celebration.
Outcome: The Skills (Drawing, Writing, Singing, Dancing and Cooking) of participants was recognized and rewarded.
9. SOS App Explanation
On 14.05.2022: @ 2PM TO 3 PM: Mrs. Sarojini has explained the SOS Application to the participants.
Outcome: Awarness about womens safety and emergency situation handling was given.
10. KIDS Drawing Contest
On 18.05.2022: Drawing contest for the Kids from age 4 to 15 has been conducted and the finalist have been shortlisted by Mrs. Gowsalya and issued prizes to the shortlisted participants.
Outcome: Shortlisted Participants were awarded with certificates and prizes.
11. Moringa and its value added products seminar
On 09.07.2022: @ 10.30AM TO 1PM: Dr. Rajesh Nallaiah has explained the properties and uses of Moringa and also explained their value added products.
Outcome: Participants were eagerly discussed about the value added products on Moringa.
12. Food Processing Training (Squash and Tomato Pickle) by Yeran Foundation and Sri Adhi Nagasakthi Amman Thirukovil Trust
On 07.08.2022: @ 10.30 AM TO 1.30 PM: Mr. R. Natarajan, Educational Officer, Gandhi Memorial Museum, Madurai has given hands on training on the preparation of Fruit Squash and Tomato pickle and the marketing methodology on them.
Outcome: Participants were discussed about the squash and tomato pickle preparation technique and they were also involved in the preparation.
13. Brainy Bobs Inauguration
On 31.08.22 Brainy Bobs has been inaugurated at Yeran Foundation Campus.
14. Skill Gap Assessment Program in associate with Crescent Innovation and Incubation Council
On 09.09.22 Skill gap assessment program has been conducted in association with Crescent Innovation and Incubation Council, Madurai by Mr. Santhosh, Head CIIC, Madurai.
Outcome: Participants were discussed with one to one interaction with Mr. Santhosh and got clear views on their area of business skills and marketing linkage.
15. Free Medical Camp on Alternative Medicine at Yeran Foundation
On 16.10.22 Free medical camp has been organized on alternative medicine at Yeran Foundation, in the camp patients have been treated by Dr. Selvaraj, Dr. Chandru, Hr. Selvi from Sri Umaiyal Naturopathy Clininc, Madurai.
Outcome: Patients were diagnosed and treated and provided medicines for their problems.
16.Panchakavya Vilaku Preparation Hnads-on Training
On 27.11.22 Panchakavya vilaku preparation method, marketing issues and delearship support have been discussed along with the hand on preparation of the panchakavya vilaku.
Outcome:
Participants were discussed about the Panchakavya vilaku preparation technique and they were also involved in the preparation.
17.Poster Presentation on Soil Conservation - Innovative Ideas
On 21.12.22 Poster presentation on soil conservation - Innovative Ideas, students from Madurai Kamarajar University and Sethu Institute of Technology have been participated and presented posters.
Outcome: Students were actively participated and presented new ideas regarding soil conservation and they were presented with certificates.
18. 2nd KIDS Drawing Contest
On 15.04.2023: Drawing contest for the Kids from age 4 to 13 has been conducted and the finalist have been shortlisted by Mrs. Kogilavani M.Sc and issued prizes to the shortlisted participants.
Outcome: Shortlisted Participants were awarded with certificates and prizes.
19.Madurai District Advisory Body Meeting for Federation of NGO
12.06.2023: Admins from all over the Madurai district of Federation of NGO have gathered for the advisory body meeting at Yeran Foundation office and discussed about the works to be completed further and the announcement of district vice in-charges for the Federation on behalf of Managing Trustee and other trustee of the Federation.

21. Seminar Yoga Therapy on Stress and productivity - goes about the effects of stress and how to handle it for the students of Tamilnadu Technical Training School and Paramedical Institute, Madurai.
On 21.06.24 On the Occasion of world Yoga Day a Seminar Session and Yoga Therapy Session were given to 80 students of Tamilnadu Technical Training School and Paramedical Institute, Madurai.
Session 1: Mrs. Abinaya Kodieswaran – Speech Pathologist provided a seminar on “Stress and Productivity” and how to handle the stress.
Session 2: Mrs. Revathy Yoga Trainer – presented a workshop session on Yoga Therapy for the relief on Stress and Depression to make regular routine life stress free for the paramedical students.
22. Artificial Jewel Making Workshop
On 28.07.24 We Yeran Foundation along with Kalki Foundation Trust conducted one day workshop on jewel making for women, 20 women form various locality have participated in Artificial Jewel Making Workshop.
Outcome: The participants were well versed at creating jewel making.
Seminar on Women Entrepreneurship in Mary Madha College
On13.08.24 Mrs. S. Poornam and Mr. S. Munishwaran were conducted the seminar about Women Entrepreneurship in Mary Madha College of Arts and Science.
23. 78th Independence Day Competition in Maharishi Vidhyalaya School, Koodal Nagar
On 09.08.24 Yeran Foundation and Tamilar Neethi Sangam jointly conducted the competition on Coloring, Drawing and Quiz for KG to 8th Standard Students. Winners were selected in those competitions. The prizes were distributed on 15th August.
24. Krishna Jayanti Make-Up Contest for 3-13 Years Children
On 26.08.24 & 27.08.24 Krishna Jayanti Make-Up Contest is conducted for 3-13 years old children. Nearly 14 Participants get participated and expose their ideas through photos and videos. The Prizes were distributed on 14.09.24.
25. Deliver a talk on “Be the Change” for the final year science students in Nadar Saraswathi College at Theni
On 10.09.24 Mrs. S. Poornam and Mr .S. Munishwaran deliver a talk on “Be the Change” and provide knowledge about career guidance and entrepreneurship development and awareness program for the final year science in Nadar Saraswathi College at Theni.
26. Christmas Day Celebration on Artsy Kids Montessori Play School
On 22.12.24 We collaborated with Artsy Kids Montessori Play School, celebrated the joy and warmth of Christmas. This event was filled with laughter, love and festive spirit as kids showcased their creativity, participated in fun activities and shared the essence of giving and togetherness.
